NITE FOX Defect Warranty Policy

NITE FOX guarantees that if any product shows signs of defects within six (6) months from the date of purchase, it will be replaced.
NITE FOX reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether a product is defective.

To initiate a replacement claim:

  • If you purchased directly from nitefoxlights.com, please provide your order number.

  • If you purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor, please provide proof of purchase that includes the purchase date, along with your shipping address where the replacement product can be delivered.

If your purchase was made within 30 days, please visit nitefoxlights.com to start a return request.
If your purchase was made more than 7 days ago, the product must be returned to NITE FOX Headquarters for inspection by our warranty team. Once the product is confirmed to be defective, a replacement unit will be shipped to the address you provide.

For customers outside the United States, we require photo or video evidence showing the defect. Once the defect is verified, we will send you a replacement device.
Since this replacement is not a sales transaction, you will not be required to pay any import duties or customs taxes. If a carrier or customs office requests payment of import duties or taxes, please contact us immediately at support@nitefoxlights.com
