US Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ll refund items shipped back within 7 days of delivery. To create a prepaid return shipping label and return your product for a refund, visit our returns page.| New Window
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must include all accessories and original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address it was shipped from. Only use the provided return label from our returns portal.
Restocking Fees:
"All products to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Items not purchased by or shipped to you directly.
- Certified Refurbished and Open Box products
Certified Refurbished and Open Box products are final sale. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on these products. However, these products are covered by our 1-Year warranty policy. Gifts:
To return a gift that was shipped directly to you at the time of purchase, please contact support@nitefoxlights.com
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds:
Once your return is delivered and inspected at the address on the return label, refunds will automatically be processed.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, and an email will be sent to notify you once this is completed.
We inspect and test every return. If there are any discrepancies with the expected returned items or issues with the condition of the returned items, this may cause a delay or refusal in processing your refund.
